Abstract
To integrate the security and safety analysis for autonomous system is an attractive topic and one challenge is how to determine the effects of information security attacks on system safety. In this short paper, we meet the challenge with a case study. the target system is a multi-rotor UAV, which is composed of open source hardware and software. Possible information security attacks on the UAV are listed according to a security reference model. Then, their effects on the flight safety are analyzed. Finally, as a conclusion, the effects of the security attacks are divided into four groups for further studies.
