Abstract
To study the output characteristics of pressure servo valves under fault conditions and when connected to a load, a simulation model of the pressure servo valve was established using AMESim software. Simulation curves for various scenarios were obtained and compared with the pressure output under normal operating conditions. The results indicate that spool sticking causes output fluctuations, changes in spring stiffness have no significant impact, nozzle clogging increases the dead zone and leads to steady-state errors, and the rise time of output pressure increases after connecting to a load. This paper provides a reference for fault diagnosis and structural optimization design of pressure servo valves through modeling and simulation analysis.
