Abstract

To examine the increases in operational effectiveness claimed for network centric air defense operation, firstly it is studied the structure, operating process and operational superiority of Network Centric Air Defense Operating System (NCADOS), and then probability of target interception is chosen as Measures of Force Effectiveness (MOFE) and the Air Defense Operational Effectiveness Model (ADOEM) of Air Defense Operating System consisting of air defense units with single target channel and the ADOEM of Air Defense Operating System consisting of air defense units with multiple target channels are provided, using stochastic service system theory, and finally simulations on the scenario show the validity of ADOEM and the increase percentages in MOFE of NCADOS are obtained.
