Abstract

The timeliness protection of data transmission has been the major challenge in avionics full duplex switched Ethernet (AFDX). For different applications having different real-time requirements, a priority sche-duling policy which can deduce an upper bound value under a probability of data flow based on stochastic network calculus is proposed. Then an AFDX simulation case is built in Simevent to get the result of upper bound delay which proves the new method is more accurate. And the fact that the priority scheduling policy is helpful in improving the timeliness of emergency data is also proved.
