ANALYSIS AND SIMULATION OF TYPICAL FAULTS OF ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC PROPORTIONAL SERVO VALVE

Abstract

In this paper, the simulation of three typical faults of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve is presented, and the physical model of servo valve and its faults is constructed by AMESIM software. Electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve has high steady-state accuracy, excellent dynamic performance, stability and reliability, and has been gradually applied in the control field. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for real-time state monitoring and typical fault research of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve. In this paper, aiming at the requirement of real-time monitoring of the servo valve, the mathematical model of three typical faults, such as stuck, spool wear and zero deviation, is sought, and the feasibility of the model is verified through simulation.
