Abstract

The Localization is an important topic in wireless sensor networks (WSN). In this paper, an improved Sum-Dist approach is used to reduce the impact of distance measurement errors on the location estimate. In addition, the proposed strategy to get accurate position of the unknown sensor using by using a minimum numbers of anchor nodes can reduce the final localization error. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach can achieve better performance.
