An improved method of trapezoidal waves time-domain parameters extraction from EMI spectrum

Abstract

This paper proposed an improved method of trapezoidal waves time-domain parameters extraction from electromagnetic interference spectrum, which gives guidance to the identification of trapezoidal waves interference sources. Firstly, the relationship between the rise/fall times, duty of time-domain trapezoidal waves and its frequency-domain characteristic is analyzed, which can be described with the harmonic model. Secondly, the parameters extraction method is proposed by fitting the harmonic model with Adaptive Wind Driven Optimization. Then, the relationship between the number and extraction precision is analyzed. Finally, the method is verified with measurements.
