Abstract

This paper presents an EMI (Electromagnetic interference) reduction high-voltage source driver circuits for large-size printed OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) panel. The proposed 10-bit source driver output glitch reduces by 94.2% because the coding mode is changed from traditional binary to Gray code. The EMI of source driver to pixel circuit and touch panel is reduced owing to smaller glitch. The proposed Gray code source driver decreases power consumption at the same time.
