Abstract

Service intermediator is an important system for E-government in SOA. Service of legacy system is exposed by publishing service description file with extended QOS information. Caller selects services using policy and strategy of scheduler in capture list. Clustering WSDL files and computing General Similarity take great availability for intermediator in service matching process. A prototype system testifies our methods are viable.
