Abstract

目的: 对细胞来源脱细胞外基质(cell derived decellularized extracellular matrix,CDM)在组织工程中的应用进展进行综述。. 方法: 广泛查阅CDM在组织工程中应用的相关文献,并进行总结分析。. 结果: CDM是通过体外培养细胞一段时间后,获得细胞及细胞分泌产物的混合物,经脱细胞处理后得到的产物。与组织来源的脱细胞外基质相比,CDM可以筛选利用无病原体的自体细胞,有效避免组织来源的脱细胞外基质可能存在的免疫反应和来源有限的缺点。此外,通过选择细胞源、控制培养条件、选择模板支架,可以控制其成分、结构与机械性能,得到理想支架。CDM较好地保留了细胞外基质的成分与微结构,具有优异的生物功能,成为组织工程支架研究中的关注对象。. 结论: CDM因其突出的可调节性、安全性和高生物活性,在组织工程领域中显示出优越性。随着技术的不断进步,适用于临床的CDM支架将有望不断出现。.
