Abstract

This chapter systematically introduces the concept, benefits, risks, and applications of training with artificial intelligence (AI), thereby providing readers with a comprehensive understanding of AI's role in employee training. It aims to assist professionals in utilizing AI to enhance employee training processes. The advantages of AI in training are reflected in several aspects. AI has significantly transformed traditional training models, enhancing efficiency, personalization, and adaptability. Although training with AI offers significant advantages, several challenges are also noted. These challenges primarily focus on technological limitations, ethical considerations, data privacy, and human factors. AI application involves several key stages, from knowledge base construction to feedback on results, each contributing to a personalized and adaptive learning experience. The following aspects provide a detailed description of how AI is applied in each stage: knowledge base construction, training needs analysis, training organization, and feedback on results. The chapter finally provides case studies of training with AI support.
