Abstract

With more and more wideapplications of inverters in industry field, the safety and stability issues are becoming important factors to evaluate their quality. The fault diagnosis and tolerant control methods of inverters are summarized from the perspectives of the switch, the current sensor, and the speed sensor. Moreover, the development trend of high fault tolerance inverter is forecasted.
