Abstract
In view of the complexity of control target of automatic hydraulic transmission (AT), a modular frame of transmission control software is proposed according to the functional requirements of AT control software. In order to optimize and coordinate the process of control over clutch torque and engine torque, a coordinated control scheme is adopted. Through the control and analysis of the states of clutches and engine and the variation of their torques in the process of power-on shifting, a rapid synchronization of clutch facings is realized, achieving a smooth and orderly control. The results of test validation show that transmision indicators such as shift duration and shift stability meet the requirements.
