N2 - The large fund demand and the high degree of risk of independent innovation make the capital market play a key role in constructing the independent innovation system. In China, the stock market takes the important responsibility in the capital market. The investigations on independent innovation ability of listed companies can effectively reflect the influences of stock market both in enterprise independent innovation system and national independent innovation system. In this paper, the evaluation systems of independent innovation capability of the listed companies and the evaluation indexes in such systems are investigated. The indexes data of China's listed companies with the evaluation systems is analyzed. The results have shown the significance of listed companies in national economy and the construction of innovative country. Meanwhile, with the data analyzing, there are also some shortages in several important indexes of the evaluation system when the independent innovation capability of the listed companies is measured. Therefore, it is necessary that listed companies and relevant departments of the state improve independent innovation ability of listed companies, also make them play a more helpful role in the construction of national innovation system.
