Abstract

With the increasing number of RF electronic devices and the scarcity of spectrum resources, the issue of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) has become increasingly severe. To address this problem, a spectrum allocation method based on the graph coloring algorithm is proposed. The method takes into account fairness in allocation by prioritizing spectrum resources for devices with weaker performance. Additionally, rounds and constraints are introduced to prevent the skewing of spectrum resources towards a single device, ensuring fairness in spectrum allocation. The proposed method provides a solution for efficient and fair spectrum allocation, mitigating the EMI challenges associated with the proliferation of RF electronic devices.
