Abstract

The application and development of BIT technique in aircraft embedded diagnosis and PHM(Prognostic and Health Management)design are analyzed. For the purposes of Power-on BIT (POBIT) detection-threshold determination and detection capability analysis, a simulation method for POBIT fault detection based on Stateflow is presented. In this paper, the Stateflow simulation principle of POBIT is analyzed, and the typical simulation elements of POBIT are determined, with the Stateflow simulation modes of those elements made. Based on this, an analysis process of POBIT Stateflow modeling and simulation is formed. A typical avionics module POBIT is taken as the case, with the POBIT Stateflow model built and the simulation analysis made, and the result shows that this method can realize dynamic simulation for POBIT and be used for fault detection-threshold and detection capability analysis.
