N2 - The System-of-Systems (SoS) aims to achieve tasks, and any adverse effects during the task process can be eliminated through reconfiguration. Reconfiguration is widely present in SoS, and evaluating the results of reconfigurable SoS have always been challenging. This paper constructs a three-layer hierarchical model consisting of the system layer, capability layer, and task layer, and conducts reconfiguration evaluation based on this model. The evaluation process considers indicators from different levels, such as system integrity, capability loop performance, and task completion probability. It further analyzes robustness and reconfiguration efficiency, aggregating to obtain the assessment results of SoS reconfiguration capability. Finally, this paper demonstrates the process of reconfiguration and evaluation through a case study of equipment SoS, validating the effectiveness of the method. The structural model and evaluation method proposed in this paper are rational and widely applicable, with significant implications for SoS research and engineering applications.
