Abstract

In this note, we improve a combinatorial sifting-type lemma ob- tained in [11]. More precisely, we sift out a continuous infinite "(ξ1; ξ2)-Liao string" sequence for any real sequence {α) ^∞ ₁ with lim sup _n→∞ n ^-1 Σn i=1 a _i = ξ ε (ξ1; ξ2).
