Abstract

A multiband echo fusion imaging method based on signal mismatch compensation model is proposed for ISAR imaging in compact range broadband measurement. Based on scattering center echo model, considering the variation of RF systems and antennas under multiple measurements, the echo signal mismatch model is proposed. Different from the remote sensing coherent compensation methods, which require parametric estimation of scattering centers, in this paper, the linear relationship between echo phase spectrum of single scattering center and frequency is used to estimate phase compensation parameters by the linear least square method. The multiband echo compensation and fusion imaging process is also provided. The fusion imaging results of scattering data measured in compact range anechoic chamber indicate that, compared with sub-band images, the resolution of multiband image has been effectively improved by the proposed method.
