The proposed methodology above is able to search for dynamic evaluation about the hierarchical decision structure using stochastic AHP and fuzzy AHP. Finally, the proposed approach is verified through the application in construction industry. Based on the experimental results, the proposed approach performed well for uncertain datasets.",
