Abstract

This paper presents a simple rectifier working at 940 MHz for low-power wireless power transfer (WPT) system. By analyzing different diodes and topologies, a rectifier circuit is designed in an ultra-low ambient power density harvesting system. When the input power Pin is -20 dBm and the load is 3000 Ω, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) is 40.1% and the output voltage is 110 mV. The PCE is larger than 30% over a range of Pin from -23 dBm to -1 dBm.
