Abstract

Support plan evaluation plays a significant role on materiel system efficiency. Literature reviews indicate that research productions on support plan evaluation and defects of research angle and method still should be mentioned. In this study, support system characteristics are abstracted to determine evaluation criteria of materiel support plan, and the evaluation model based on fuzzy analytical network process (FANP) is presented. Analytical network process is adopted to describe complex dependence relationships between different criteria and compare their relative importance. Triangular fuzzy number is parameterized linguistic variables to handle with the vagueness and subjectivity of pairwise comparisons. The two methods are synthesized to calculate priority ranking of alternatives, and finally, an illustrative example is discussed to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the model.
