A framework for online software reliability evaluation

Abstract

Software reliability is an important issue for system. Traditionally, software reliability is measured off-line in software testing or verification stage. However, during the operation of the software, many unpredictable events may affect the software reliability. So, in this paper, we present a framework for online software reliability prediction. A case study is given for illustration.
