Abstract

Based on long time delay, high dynamic nature, and limited resources of the satellite network, a space virtual local area network(VLAN)division method under cooperative control was proposed to implement spatial information network. Firstly, to improve the utilization rate of satellite bandwidth and computing resources, satellite network was divided into several VLAN. Secondly, the routing algorithm was combined with consistency algorithm to achieve higher reliability in satellites' mutual connection and communication. When applied to spatial satellite network, the algorithm can achieve strong connectivity between each node; when applied to a single satellite, it can help in intra-area load balance and redundant backup. Finally, examples were given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for both space network and a single satellite. The results show that all satellites can convergence to their planned orbit in 50 seconds and the network can achieve a stable space structure.
