Abstract
An E-band dual-polarized end-fire antenna for 6G terminal is designed based on Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology. The antenna consists of a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) horn antenna for vertical polarization and a printed dipole antenna for horizontal polarization. Both of them share a metal layer to achieve a common aperture. The bandwidths are 22.3% and 20.9% respectively when the antenna operates in horizontal polarization and vertical polarization. Both of them have good characteristics of end-fire radiation.
