Abstract
The static load sharing characteristic calculation model of face gear-planetary transmission compound system was established based on concentrated parameter method. The meshing stiffness of the face gear pair was calculated by the finite element method, and the change rule of the static load sharing coefficients in the system was discussed. The influences of eccentricity errors and other factors on the load sharing characteristics of the transmission system were studied. Research results show that the average meshing stiffness of the face gear pair is 0.24 GN/m, the static load sharing coefficient of the face gear system varies from 0.94 to 1.06, and the static load sharing coefficient of the planetary system varies from 0.7 to 1.3. The load sharing characteristics of the transmission system at larger input power are better than those at lower input power, and the load sharing characteristics of the transmission system can be improved by reducing the eccentricity errors of the gears.
