Abstract

The weight of high-end mobile equipment seriously affects its endurance capability, maneuverability, and carrying capacity. Reducing its weight is not only beneficial to improve equipment performance but also to achieve energy saving and emission reduction, which is conducive to accelerating the carbon peak and carbon neutrality process. As an important part of high-end mobile equipment, the hydraulic system occupies a very large power and weight. And it is one of the important ways to realize the lightweight of high-end mobile equipment. The research progress and achievements of lightweight design theory, miniaturized hydraulic oil source and integrated electro-hydraulic actuator are introduced from the hydraulic system level. The research progress and achievements of carbon fiber hydraulic cylinder, non-metallic hydraulic oil tank and additive manufacturing integrated unit are introduced from the hydraulic components level. And the basic theory and key technologies are introduced. The research hotspots and important solutions for the research of hydraulic components and system lightweight development are summarized.
