Abstract
Global technological and industrial revolution is bringing about disruptive influence on worldwide industry currently. Particularly, the fast development of new generation of artificial intelligence pushing forward the intelligent industrial system integration of human, cyber space and physical space, which will bring another industrial revolution. Under such circumstances, a smart cloud design technique applied to intelligent industrial control system was proposed based on data driven approach, together with its continuous improving execution mode, unified intelligent learning algorithm framework and effective training and transferring methods based on cyber-physical system. The proposed technique was applied to the control of a robot arm for cargo fetching as verification, and the experimental results showed effectiveness of the proposed technique in terms of both performance and efficiency by comparing with the existing manual configuration approach. The experimental results also confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed technique as a concrete guidance and framework for the realization of intelligent industrial system.
