Abstract
For further understanding the characteristics of the differential piston warm gas self-pressurization system of liquid attitude and divert control engines, the static characteristics simulation model of the system was established in lumped parameter method based on system balance conditions. The effects of system main parameters on the system state, pressurization performance and system self-locking pressure were studied. The results show that the system pressurization gas mass flux changes in the opposite direction of the propellant tank pressure and adjust and stabilize the propellant tank pressure; the changes of capillary parameters in gas generator mainly affect the system pressurization gas mass flux, and compared with the length and the inner diameter, the influence on the system state parameters by the change of capillary inner diameter is greater; when the pressure amplification ratio is in the range of design value [-7.3%, +9.6%], the deviation of system steady-state pressurization gas mass flux falls in [-5%, 0%], the pressurization gas mass flux is sensitive to changes of the liquid flow regulator structural parameters.
