Abstract

Aiming at the current challenges about complex customized product such as poor intelligence, insufficient design verification and low-level design integration, a new collaborative pattern of intelligent design and verification for complex customized product was proposed focusing on model-driven and knowledge-driven by taking the design process of complex customized product was taken as the main line, the Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-based Definition (MBD) methods as the support. The relevant key technologies of this pattern were elaborated in detail, which included collaboration of scheme design and simulation verification for complex customized product, collaboration of process design and simulation verification for complex customized product and design-knowledge integrationbased on data space. Collaborative application solution and system architecture of intelligent design and verification were presented to meet the development requirements and processes about advanced training aircraft in Hongdu Aviation Industry Group Company. The pattern implementation provided a reference for the further application on collaboration of intelligent design and verification of complex customized product in the future. The research results assisted manufacturing enterprises to shorten development process and improve product quality.
