Abstract
This paper proposes a study method of Coriolis mass flowmeter(CMF)based on the circuit in order to solve the problems such as CMF structure optimization. Firstly,basing on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,the vibration equation of resonant beam is derived,and the parameter excitation characteristic equation of the CMF is established. Then,the analog circuit is established innovatively to substitute the characteristic equation of the CMF under ideal and damping states. Because the analog circuit is equivalent to the vibration equation,we can study the CMF by changing the structure and the parameter of the equivalent circuit to obtain the output waveform for further study. Finally,this paper provide a model of the circuit with typical parameters. By studying this model,we verify the feasibility and the accuracy of the CMF equivalent equation.
