Abstract
In order to solve the calibration problem of high-precision position and oriention system(POS), a monocular vision measurement method was proposed. Firstly, the influence of cooperative target accuracy on attitude measurement accuracy was analyzed, and visual high-precision measurement was realized with the cooperative target. Then, a joint calibration method based on orthogonal vector and dynamic filtering was proposed to calibrate the transformation matrix between target coordinate system and inertial measurement unit(IMU) coordinate system. Finally, the monocular vision calibration system with high-precision attitude accuracy was completed. The experimental results show that the static attitude Root Mean Square(RMS) of the monocular visual calibration system is 2.1″, and the dynamic attitude error is 4.4″. The proposed method can provide attitude accuracy calibration for high-precision POS.
