Abstract

To develope the synchronous control system for high-voltage breaker, a simulation device is designed, which can be used in the laboratory to debug the Weil synthetic synchronous control system. First, according to the test mechanism of the Weil synthetic test, the device is required to provide the three-phase short-circuit current signal with exponential component to simulate the test signal collected by the sensor under short-circuit condition. Then, then device simulates the program controller to give the high-voltage unlock signal according to pre-setting time sequence. Meanwhile, a parameter regulater is designed so that the parameter of the test system can be adjusted to meet the testing requirments. Through the joint debugging with the minimum system of the synthetic test synchronous control system, the feasibility of its application in the research and development of the synthetic test control system is verified.
