Abstract
According to the structural characteristics and temperature environment of aero-engine or steam turbine, the variable structure characteristics of the main rotor system caused by thermal expansion are considered, and the abnormal vibration caused by rubbing fault is analyzed. Firstly, the rotating component mass is concentrated into two turntables, which are rigidly connected in series with a light elastic shaft, then a rotor-bearing system with double-disks is established. Secondly, the non-uniform temperature environment under complex temperature rising process and working conditions is quantified and expressed by equivalent temperature internal force. Combined with the constitutive relation, the variable structure characteristics of the rotor system with axial movement caused by thermal expansion are given. Finally some calculations in the case of annulus surface rubbing are given for the rotor-bearing system to show the nonlinear vibration characteristics. Numeral results show that variable structure characteristics would affect the whole system running, and be main factors which cause fault vibration.
