Abstract
Aiming at the practical problems of insufficient integration of data / knowledge and design business in manufacturing enterprises, poor adaptability of product dynamic requirements and long design response cycle, a data-driven product adaptive design method was proposed. The concept, connotation, principle and key technology of the proposed method were described. Based on the product adaptive design principle and key technology, the screw conveyor product adaptive design platform was constructed to integrate the massive data related to the screw conveyor product design. Through the combination of design tool functions in each module of the platform, the design of the screw conveyor could accurately and quickly adapt to the new needs of the whole life cycle such as the change of geological environment. At the same time, the rapid iteration of multiple design links in the design process was realized, which effectively shortens the design cycle.
